  • 9 sheets no-boil lasagna noodles a real time-saver

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the marinara sauce and mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with half of the grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the meat sauce, followed by lasagna noodles, half of the cheese mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat until ingredients are used.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, add remaining mozzarella, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
